"Not using real name. Phenomenal service: consistently checking in and up to date on your flight details, often even before they’ve announced it officially at the gate. Quick service for pickup with real people who don’t treat you like an Uber or a Cab. Had a flight consistently getting delayed every 30 minutes until its takeoff became scheduled more than 4 hours after I was initially supposed to land. While the rest of getting my things and my hotel appointment was stressful and time consuming, this service was the only one that I didn’t have to worry about. I will absolutely be using Pref Transportation in the future, and cannot recommend it enough."
