"Went in this morning for my appointed time for an oil change. Parking lot was full, owner came out screaming and yelling to park the car on the street. He never even asked if I was a customer. He acted like a nut case. Apparently he is the new owner for over a year and doesn't really even know or care who his customers are. I've been going there for years with all my families cars.
