"Stopped by the shop to ask questions and get some info. Called to setup a time for measurements. Owner? Came by and did a cursory walkabout and said they would have a quote that evening. Two days past and no quote. Business must be that good. Avoid."

"Only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I previously had good experience with this company. 2 years ago I had blinds installed and they did a great job. Last year I refered my mother to them to install one roller shade. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, this year is a different experience. I purchased a new condo and needed some roller shades repaired and some valances added. So I called left a message with no response, no big deal I called back and was able to speak to someone who scheduled time for a Friday to come out. We discuss our need and they advised they would have a quote the following Monday which seemed reasonable. That Wednesday I called as a friendly reminder, no response so I called again the following Monday. She seemed frustrated and told me she would have someone call me. Well here we are now the Wednesday and no response. I can only guess that they are to busy for smaller jobs. Would have been nice if they just told me that so I could have moved on."
