"Bruce Pap, my service advisor did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the progress of my Accord's repair calling me several times and giving me accurate estimates of cost. The mechanic quickly identified the engine noise in my car (a faulty alternator bearing) while 2 independent garages told me noise was inside the motor! Although Germain's labor rate is higher, the technicians know Hondas better and it cost me less getting the car serviced correctly and fixed with genuine Honda parts than Mickey Mouse parts. A good experience."
