"I wish I could give a zero! This was the worse car wash I have ever been to! I paid 37 dollars and was told everything would be wiped down and cleaned which is all I wanted because my car wasn’t filthy. Nothing was sprayed with any kind of protectant or anything. My car smelt like dirty rags after and it wasn’t even cleaned. I didn’t expect perfection but I did expect something for 37 dollars. I’m honestly fuming and disappointed"

"Absolutely worst car wash I’ve ever been to. An absolute nightmare. To start, the car came out of the wash with no rear plate. After taking 20 mins to screw a plate on(after they insinuated I didn’t have it screwed in) they finally got it on. After I noticed the inside of the car was filthy and the outside front and mirrors were awful as well. I pointed this out to the manager, and his reply is “it’s damage, I can run it through 5 times and it won’t come out” . I literally licked my finger and rubbed it and it and some came off. I also paid extra for the bug cleaning . I’ve had the car almost a month. There’s no damage to it. no refund, no offer to wash again or even try to take a rag and clean it not even an I’m sorry for the inconvenience. STAY AWAY. Place should be closed down. 3 people working the whole car wash and not one gives a damn about doing their actual job. I’ll be posting this review on the bbb and to anywhere else I find . If I could give 0 starts I would"

"Tire clean was good. Outside wash was ok. Inside they did not do a good job. The cup holders were not touched. The middle consol was not very clean. Couldn't tell if they wiped down the wheel and other interior parts. The seats were not wiped down at all. I literally took the carseat and everything out of the car before i went there for the sole purpose of getting the seats cleaned and they didn't do it smh. I also asked them to vacuum the front part of the trunk and the said yea and that wasn't done either. Not going back here. For reference I purchased the highest full package deal."

"King’s Car Wash is amazing- take your cars here! My SUV looks like a brand new car! I feel like I’m rolling off the lot in a new Pilot! It is that shiny and clean inside and out. I dropped it off for the day for the Triple Crown (full detail) and I am BLOWN away! You see I have kids- and three of them- so any parent knows the mess that is made just with their presence. Crumbs galore, gold fish, fruit snacks, was that a carrot? It was bad and gross and embarrassing but the trials a mother must go through to keep chaos down in the back of the car. Pair those 3 littles with two small dogs and the poor Pilot was neglected. I’ve had car detailers come to house before and NONE of them have done as good of job as the team at King’s Car Wash did! Picking the Pilot up was like the sun was shining down only on the car, bunnies were hopping around it and the flowers were all swaying and basking in this shine. (That’s figuratively not literally) It was magical seeing it in all of its shiny glory just beaming there in the light. Ready for me to pick it up and drive her shiny-ness home! Upon inspection: No streaks in the windows or windshield, everything is meticulously cleaned and wiped down. The console, can we talk about the absolute flawlessness of it? Not a dog hair in sight. Crevices we’re blown & vacuumed out. It’s absolutely wonderful! To top it off, they vacuumed in the seat back pockets!!! What?!? They hand bagged the DVDs and seat back items up and placed them in the trunk for me. I mean THAT is service! The owner Adrian and the detailers on his team were all so courteous and kind. They gave an estimate of the full day to do the job and they stood behind their timing. I did not make an appointment so I was a walk in - they squeezed my full detail in and I’m just impressed. We have a truck and that bad boy will be getting the Triple Crown treatment as well! I recommend them for sure!!"
