"I visited this store frequently. Unfortunately, I have noticed that customer service has been declining. As I was completing my purchase, the cashier scanned my rewards card and walked away. I wanted to ask for a bag for my purchase, but she did not return, so I had to ask someone else. I have always enjoyed the food and reward perks from here, but I truly believe they need to make efforts on improving customer service. Rude employees will only hurt your business. Also, I would ask that the store invest on coffee cup sleeves. I wanted to buy a cup of coffee and noticed that there were no sleeves. As a result, I placed the cup in an empty cup so I would be able to hold it in my hand. The cashier stated that I would have to be charged for 2 cups because of the 2nd cup I was using so as to not burn my hand. Ultimately, I did not buy the coffee and left it. I decided to buy it at a different gas station."

"I gave the girl the money for gas and she didn’t put it in my pump when I tried to get my gas in my car they refused to give me my money back and didn’t put the gas in my car no the first time this had happened the manager in the daytime in horrible. They need new employees."

"I came here thinking I needed just to put some air in my tires. It turns out my tire exploded and I needed help, the manager that unfortunately I forgot to get his name with all willingness and out of his job scope helped from beginning to end. I am thankful to him and his kindness we need more people like that"

"This gas station use to be great. But the last few months it been has been terrible. Pumps often have issues. The popular breakfast items are always out. Staff seems nice believe management is the main issue."

"This place is usually dirty. The car wash completely sucks. All it did was throw water on my car. I wasted my money for nothing. The works doesn’t know what they are doing. Half of the time they are standing around doing absolutely nothing or just talking with there friends. Never coming here again."
