"very bad experience in service, when I left my car there my windshield worked, and when I picked it up it didn't, and they left the oil cap next to it, they didn't even leave it on"

"After a nightmare with Victory Layne Chevrolet rude service and workers I towed my car to Roger Dean's. They completed a recall for my ignition which only consisted of making a GM key. VLC said they couldn't do it or work on my car because it was too old. Now since VLC put a new valve cover gasket in on another recall, my car is running rough. Roger Dean is able to do a diagnostic and do the work. Lisa has been my savior at Roger Dean. Even the receptionist greeted my call with "It's a GREAT day at Roger Dean Chevrolet!" Whatever VLC did to my car which was running before they touched it, now the new battery needs to be jumped and has a new problem. I wish I would have read the reviews on both dealerships before I towed my car to Victory Layne. They should be shut down and Roger Dean should take both spots!"

"Very disappointed. In for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Asked for a wash. And also having a problem with the touchscreen display in the vehicle. Was told I'd be there 1.5-2 hours for all of that. Was told the touchscreen fix was a quick programming thing. After 2.75 hours, I go looking for my car to find out I'd been forgotten. My car had been ready for a half hour. It had not been washed and the quick program fix had never been done. It was sitting somewhere out of sight with the keys in it and the window down. 2.75 hours for an oil change and tire rotation!! And to try to make it up to me, they want me to come back another day."

"I’ve been here a few time now. I’ve had zero issues. For as busy as they are, they are very fast. They also have a decent waiting room too. It’s clean, free wifi (decent speeds too), decent vending machine, and multiple charging stations"

"Going on 5 visits to get a proper oil change and tire rotation done. The service people are nice but the quality of the service is as amateur as it gets. I would of avoided this pace like the coronavirus if I didn't have a lease and included service. While I can't fire what's free they are a waste of time."
