"Would leave 0 stars if possible! Went in for a valve gasket cover replacement spent $350 after that the car wouldn’t start they didn’t have all the hoses hooked up properly. One day after that our Nissan maxima has a rough idle and constantly on the verge of shutting off. Put it back in the shop from 12/26/23 until 1/12/24 and they kept saying they don’t know what’s wrong with it. Took it to a new mechanic for them to tell us there’s a ripped air hose and our whole air system was DUCT TAPED TOGETHER! So for 2 weeks these guys “couldn’t figure out the issue” but didn’t see the duct taped air system/air hoses??? They definitely duct taped our car up and tried to send us on our way absolutely shotty work and we will NEVER go back they’re costing us another $600 to get it fixed the right way. Poor man = poor work poor expertise and poor mechanics"

"DO NOT TRUST!!!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. My dad, who is 75 years old, recently took his car in to poor man’s auto repair; where he thought they were a good and trustworthy business. After a few days when they gave him the car back his Ray Ban sunglasses were missing from the car. Also, a few days later the engine light was back on again. Poor man = poor job."

"The people who work there are all very nice and do the work quite fast. Compared to what people say the services should cost on the Internet it seems to be a lot cheaper, although it will still be relatively expensive. I think they could improve on cleanliness in their office to look more professional since it just looks like the place has been through hell."
