"I had an amazing experience with them for my first facial. Then and there, I scheduled a peel two weeks later, as they recommended it would help me reach my skin goals. On the day of my appointment, there was a moved sign to 6305 N 9th Ave. I was not notified that they moved to a new location, but it wasn't far. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication because they informed me that I wouldn't be able to get my service because the person I scheduled with had graduated and no one else was qualified to do a peel. They asked if I wanted a regular facial, but I declined because I was looking forward to the peel. Very disappointing experience. Otherwise, 4 stars for a great first facial. I feel they took their time to learn my skin and teach me as well. Update: I contacted the professional school, and they were able to accommodate me same day for my service at a discounted price. I went back a few weeks later for a student facial and peel and couldn't be more pleased with the experience and results. Thank you so much Ms. Myra and Sabrina for excellent service."
