"I've gone in here several times over the last few months for hair color and the particular employee I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products. I've had help from a few different but this young lady seems to know more than the others who just seem to work there. The only thing I will say negative is that they aren't always properly stocked on items and seem to not have them in the correct places at times so the color samples are wrong. If not for that I would give 5 stars"

The manager was very unprofessional as she proceeded to talk of theft problems to another employee, and how someone is monitoring cameras, and if she wasn't implying anything towards me it sure felt like it. An it's sad because I spend so much money there. I'll consider other stores first for my items. Smh"
