"The girl who did my bloodwork needs some more experience she had to put the needle in twice before she found my vein and my arm is black a spot about the size of a pancake on my right arm I was not happy at all"
"Not a great experience for my mom what so ever. Both of the ladies weren't able to draw blood from her veins. She has cancer and lyphodema so her veins are very small and her right hand is the only place they can draw blood from. But they argued with her the entire time and made her feel stupid for trying to explain to them the reason why they can't use a tourniquet on her arms because of her lyphodema. Very disappointig."
"Positively incompetent Handed the lab request to the lady at the desk. We had come from one floor up in the elevator with the lab request in hand walked 20 feet to their door. Two hours later she called us to the desk and said' I didn't get your lab request'. Walked back upstairs go two more copies and told her to say she had received them"
"The staff is very friendly and efficient, with good service. I do believe some additional staff could be used with their opening schedule. There was only one person, with at least 5-6 persons waiting for service when I arrived at 7:30 am. My appt was scheduled at 8 am, and I waited about 15 minutes. As I stated, both employees were very considerate, helpful, and very good at their duties drawing blood. The office was very clean and organized!"
