"I have a mid-century Danish wingback chair that belonged to my Grandmother and which was a fixture in my childhood home. When I inherited it, the upholstery was in very poor shape and the seat needed to be rebuilt. I stripped the exposed woodwork and refinished it with Danish oil and multiple coats of lacquer. I found some lovely red linen fabric and handed the chair to Julio. I picked it up today and could not be more pleased with it. The result speaks for itself Update: Today I picked up the second, green, chair. I could not be more pleased, the workmanship is superb, Julio and his crew exceeded my expectations which were high after having picked up the red chair. Both these chairs are from my childhood home and have great sentimental value. Also, being authentic Scandinavian mid-century modern items they have considerable historic value.
