"The craftsmanship is beautiful, however, it took them seven (!!) months to complete -- four months longer than promised. And, to get it done required multiple calls over months and finally a trip to the store before they actually got my chair from the warehouse to reupholster it. Nice people but not so customer service or business focused. If you don't care when it gets done - they're great!"
