The RMA to get it returned has the following line item: 2) You have an option to ship the part(s) back using our discounted shipping label (Free if it is our fault) or using your own shipping label. Yet, they won't give me a free return label and I am being told there's no such thing as 'using their discounted shipping label'. I won't use them again."

Never mind that having only one part did me ZERO good. :( I placed an order for a RAV4 mirror assembly on 10/25/23. It comes as 2 separate part numbers, the mirror assembly and the outside cover are separate but both parts are needed for installation. Due to not being able to see well out of my right eye from repeated detached retina surgeries, my car mirrors are extremely important so I chose overnight shipping. The parts were shipped separately even though I placed one order. One box did arrive overnight on 10/27 but the other arrived 10/31. I have repeatedly spoken with different people and they are of no help and my emails have been ignored. The manager I just spoke with said that she would be ok with being treated this way as a customer and I “would just have to accept it”. The parts were fine but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I’ll gladly pay more at the dealer for any Toyota/Lexus parts that my husband (Lexus RX 350) and I (Toyota RAV4) need in the future."
