"1st off Rich is a great guy willing to help trying to work with you and very understanding I truly appreciate that about him but that’s all the good I can say about his shop and work. Took my Jeep in to get fixed and after they supposedly finished it, I pick it up and the hood was chip, the driver side had a bigger gap than the passenger between the fenders not only that in the hood was over the headlight in right side on the left(driver) was under the headlight, the lights didn’t line up like they didn’t pull the accident side to straighten it but just bang it with a hammer to make the parts fit( sort of) and painted over parts they were chip and didn’t bother to blended. I told him about it he said to bring it back after he’s body work guy got back I did that and they gave me the run a round. Missing parts also on my front bumper, Paint running. very disappointed and frustrating My 6 year old would had done a better job."
