"If i could rate -0 I would!!!! so 3 months ago my car (mercedes benz) was at this shop and got damaged (real bad) I'll post pictures and videos next . My husband was wondering why we haven't heard back from them and its been over weeks, when we called we were told something "CATASTROPHIC" happened at the shop, hence the reason for the delay. We picked up the car they handed over the keys like "NOTHING HAPPENED " , I was in a hurry so i couldn't tell at the time it had scratches, chopped, bumper issue etc all over my car ...apparently something fell on my car and they didn't even informed me they just handed over my keys and sent me on my merry way , after I paid over $1200 to get something fixed. , (which wasn't even fixed hence the reason i brought my car back) Now the owner called me yesterday(AFTER 3 months) telling me that there's nothing he can do to fix the damages THAT WAS CAUSED ON HIS PROPERTY! THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO HAND ME MY CAR W/O TELLING ME THAT SOMETHING FELL ON IT!!! I'll definitely see you in court DWAYNE !!"

I would recommend them to anyone who ask me for a good reliable, trustworthy mechanic shop. They did some very extensive work on seals and gaskets on my BMW 528i. For a reasonable and fair price compared to Fields BMW. As promised work was done on time, work was done right. The work they did for me was backed up by a 20,000 mile warranty which you hardly ever hear of. Plus they even detailed my car.
