"These guys are absolutely AMAZING and go above and beyond where big service centers fail! We broke down on the side of US27 just outside of Lake Placid, FL with our Freightliner M2 and 41’ RV. The front driver’s wheel overheated and was leaking hub oil. We had previously had the wheels apart and all brake parts replaced by Freightliner of Miami after the brakes hung up and overheated (following a brake job at Freightliner in Mobile, AL). We live full time in our RV with our dogs so long repair times and being without a vehicle is challenging. Hansel and his team were very quick to respond to us and to inspect all the parts and were our liaison with Freightliner in Miami to advise them of the issues caused by their work. Although we were stuck roadside for three days (waiting for parts), Hensel ensured that we were back on the road as quickly as possible, making us a priority. These guys are professional, trustworthy and have a ton of integrity….things you won’t find at larger service facilities. Chose the better option and go for the small business guys, it’s their living, they take pride in their work and service is a priority. I would highly recommend H&S!!"

"I came up on this shop by accident. I was having so.e very weird noises in my driveline and had been to multiple specialized shops with no resolution. I was headed south and felt like my rear end was about to explode. Showed up, they instantly started to figure out what my issue was. No attitude no come hack in 2 weeks, very respectful and attentive. With in 45 mins the did some adjusting to my leveling valve in the complete opposite direction others have gone and viola.. no more noises.. no lie I spent 20k chasing this problem with people who told me they knew what it was. I am absolutely amazed and thankful.. ill be back 100% Thank you"
