"We came to the Sebring Kia for about 7 warranties to be repaired. We have been trying to get there for a year and a half. Finally made it. The whole experience was great. The staff met us in the parking lot as we were pulling in to see what they could help us with and directed us to the service drive area. They took the car after verifying what was in the computer to be done and then walked us to the very well kept and nice waiting room. Complementary water, coffee and fresh baked cookies made the long wait much more pleasant. The service representative Cody sat with us to better understand our service needs and checked in on us a few time. They offer complementary rides as well if you need to go eat. The work was done an hour before expected due to an electronic update fixing a problem that would have required another trip. It was a great experience for having to take the day off to fix the issues. Thank you for your excellent service."
