"Old man refused to read codes on my truck because it was sprinkling rain, no thunder, no lightning, no breeze. I tried to explain that I really needed these codes because I was on my way to park my unsafe vehicle and wouldn’t be able to get back out, wanting to repair everything at once. He walked out and said “NO!” and turned around and walked back in. Stop hiring 80 year old crotchety men that don’t want to deal with basic Florida weather. I could understand if it was really coming down but it wasn’t, he just wanted an excuse to not work."
