"1. I highly recommend staying away from FR Customs and their paint shop services. The owner, Frank Raborn, has shown time and time again that he has no regard for customer satisfaction. Not only will he try to swindle you out of your hard-earned money, but he also delivers poor quality work that looks like it was done by an amateur. On top of that, Frank has no respect for his clients' time and will keep your items for as long as he wants. It's best to avoid this paint shop altogether and find a more reputable and reliable service. 2. I would not recommend using Paint Shop, especially if it is owned by Frank Raborn. Based on my experience, Frank Raborn is the worst type of person you'll ever do business with. He will convince you to buy things you don't need, overcharge you, and the quality of the paint job is very poor. He will keep your items for as long as he feels like getting around to doing the job. Overall, I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this business to anyone. 3. I cannot recommend Paint Shop, owned by Frank Raborn, to anyone. My experience with this company was beyond terrible. Mr. Raborn talked me into services I didn't need, charged me a ridiculous amount of money, and the final product was terrible. The paint job was subpar, it looked like finger paintings, and I was extremely disappointed with the result. Additionally, Mr. Raborn kept my items for an unreasonable amount of time without any explanation or updates. Overall, my experience with Paint Shop and Frank Raborn was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this business at all costs."

"I found FR Customs from an add and some reviews. The place was close to work so I decided to get my estimate there. I met Frank he was very friend and helpful. He got the estimate to me quick. In the meantime because this is going through an insurance from an accident, they had me go to another shop for another estimate and to take pictures take pictures. It was taken that place more time to get me an estimate so I fought to have my stuff done at FR customs.. The other obstacle I had was I worked an hour away from where I live and the only rental carental car place was close to my home. When the bodywork was completed Frank called me and said he would meet me at the rental car place so I didn't have to figure out a ride. I can't believe he actually throws the vehicle at 1 hour to me easier for me."

"Car went in for a paint repair due to some damage, insurance cut them a two party check to be signed by us both after the work was complete. Frank deposited the check without getting my signature. Now the Insurance company has no recourse on the work. The insurance company is looking into that part of it. TOOK WAY TO LONG excuse after excuse on why ended up taking over 18 days in the shop. then the day i was suppose to pick it up he calls and said he used the wrong paint and had to redo it. Did it in two days. I hate to say it but there is bubbles in the paint, fish eyes, he did not even remove the molding and painted over the top of it. Frank is a nice guy and all but I think he either needs to find some new help or spend more time getting cars done correctly. I agree with the other reviewer here. Look I understand you want to support the little guy, but in this case take your car to another city to get it done right. I hate to say it but its true."

"My daughter damaged her car and Frank did an amazing job fixing it like new.. great price, great talent, and very focused to detail. I would recommend him for all your truck or car needs. Thanks Frank for your great service and making my daughter happy."
