"I hit the Jackpot when I had Joey as my sales agent. What a wonderful young man who really went above and beyond to help my husband and I with purchasing our new 2023 Ford Explorer which by the way we absolutely Love. We have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime, but I will say Joey is in the top 3 of awesome Sales agents. He never pressured us which would of made us probably walk from the deal. He took the time to show us everything along with his partner Tony who was also knowable as well. I really can't say enough about Joey. I have told several family members as well as friends to go and ask for Joey if they are looking for a great sales agent. The inventory at Desoto Ford was more then sufficient, so there is plenty to choose from. On an added note Vicki who did all our paperwork was also a sweetheart. "You would think going to a small town dealership, the experiences would reflect that. Nope, not this one. I just recently bought a 2023 Macan GTS from here and every step of the way has been a nightmare. For starters, test driving the vehicle that was listed with 1,000 miles, had 4,300 miles. First red flag. Second was every salesman’s lack of ability or concern to do their job. I told them on a Saturday, I want the vehicle. For some reason nothing went into effect, they weren’t able to get an approval. Monday comes around I get my own approval and told them I was coming Tuesday with check in hand. Tuesday comes, I’m on my way with a check just about an hour away but I still made my way there. Managed to get them to sell the vehicle after bitching for an hour that i’ve never seen business done more terribly and I had been trying to commit to the vehicle days prior. From there, I get the paper work and the deal has some more nonsense on it. Etching fee-total scam; wasn’t on the vehicle, which is illegal to add something to the deal without it being on the car. The price was also $2,000 higher than the online price because “I wasn’t financing with them”. Then after signing the papers, check and everything. Accounting didn’t have us sign the check in the correct place and they had to come to me in order to get it signed. Not hard to believe when everything seemed like an inconvenience to the accounting team. Now, all of this leads us up to this point. It has been 3, almost 4 weeks since trading our other vehicle in and apparently, it STILL has not been paid off and I got a notice to make the payment. Try to call to get a manager or anybody on the phone, radio silence. I had planned to take the high road and not leave a review but at this point i’m over it. Hopefully this prevents one of you from having the same frustration and take your business elsewhere. Unfortunately for me this was the only Macan in the country with this spec."
