"Our vehicle was taken here as directed by the insurance company (USAA) of the individual that rear-ended us. After they had time to look at our vehicle it was determined it needed to be taken to the GM dealership collision repair due to this shop not having a specific equipment needed to make the repairs. Overall, the work this repair shop performed I guess was ok. All of the parts removed were delivered to the GM dealership collision center to the best of my knowledge. The office staff were helpful and kept us informed."
"DON’T BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! If I could give them zero stars I would. After “fixing” my car for over 3 months it is still incomplete. This staff is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. When going to pick up my car after just over 2 months, only half of my car was fixed. I was in a head on collision, and they continued to say no the damage was only on the left side. Even though the right side was very obviously damaged, and one of the managers that did a walk through with me before attempting to pick it up, acknowledged they repaired the damage to the right side. My car was two different colors, and it was VERY obvious. They told me my insurance was denying areas to be fixed, and my insurance did not have any records of that. I was told by a manager John he would fix my fender and mirror and parts were ordered, 2 weeks later told we couldn’t fix that but it was time to pick up my car because it was complete and they did what they could do. Even though they “supposedly “ had a request pending approval with my insurance to have the part fixed. Another manager David spoke to my insurance, and acknowledged the request was sent in early that morning. Then denied it and to my adjuster, later that evening, and said the vehicle is complete. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The absolute most unprofessional group of “managers” ever. My car is two different colors, my fender and hood are not aligned at all, and my passenger door is still difficult to open. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE."
"It saddens me I’m updating my review from a 5 to 2 but I’m very un happy with my service advisor Anna, our first 2 interactions were great, but I didn’t appreciate how dismissive you were on the phone yesterday! No one called to give me an update on my car and you tell me well state farm was supposed to call me and I ask you about what and you repeat the exact thing. So after calling you I call state farm and they tell me that you all said if I don’t come get my car you will charge storage fees. Talk about 0-100! How can you charge storage fees if I’m not happy with the repairs? And if this is notated in the file why didn’t anyone from caliber call me ? Who dropped the balll? Why am I calling around for updates? It dosent matter if it’s good news or bad news Anna you should be able to tell me what’s going with the car when I call. For reference I’m the owner of the 2023 Toyota camry that has been in the shop and returned today. . Thankfully I was able to speak with manager at this location today, and I hope this yields better results . . Bert! Thanks for taking me home, and allowing me to vent ! You are awesome!"
