"We just bought our christmas tree from this location and Kevin was so great! He even opened the stand back up after they had closed early. He was very kind and was very knowledgeable about christmas trees. I wish we could have tipped him but unfortunately he said it was against store policy. Thanks Kevin!"

"Had some items to return. So I stopped in at customer service. It had been a long day and I was pleased to see I was the only one in line. Standing there I observed two ladies working customer service. Both black each helping a black customer. Wonderful. When the First Lady was finished helping her customer I had been standing patiently for 10 minutes. But instead of helping me, she grabbed an EMPTY shopping cart and left. Not saying a word. About that time, another black fella walked right past me up to the second black lady who proceeded to help him instead of me. Now I was too tired really to fight about it so, whatever. Bit when she had finished helping him, she completely ignored me! Middle age white man. So I pushed my buggy up to where she was and she looked at me with distain and asked “ what’s that?” I told her that they are Simpson ties. “What are you doing with them? She asked stupidly. I said, “mam, I have been standing at customer service for 20 minutes now, I’m here to return them, you do do that here right?” She said, “well you could have wanted to purchase them” by now I was getting a little snarky because I clearly am not a moron, I stood there for twenty minutes looking at a sign just a little way down that said CHECK OUT, if I wanted to buy them I would not have stood here being ignored for so long.” That’s when she said I had an attitude and called a manager who made me wait for 10 minutes. Boils down to this, racism comes in all colors and it’s alive and well at Home Depot Brandon! Manager said she wasn’t racist she was just lazy."

"Bought an appliance package from here. The gentleman at the store was very nice, but that was the only highlight of this experience. I paid for the appliances upfront. They guy told me they would be delivered that Thursday (two days from the day I ordered them). The order actually said two weeks after that. Then the day they were being delivered they give you a 4 hour window with no idea when they will be there. They give you a “2 stop” heads up, but is that 30 minutes or 3 hours nobody knows. They call me when they get there. The house is vacant, so I tell the guys the code for them to put the appliances inside, but then I’m told they need a signature. I’m currently out of town and tell them that’s unacceptable, they have access to the house and they can put the appliances in the living room and I’ll take care of them from there. They refuse so I call someone I know who said they can be there in 30 minutes. I give them the delivery team and the office a heads up, and they leave 4 minutes before my guy can get there. There’s ZERO customer service when it comes to the delivery. Just know you are just a number to them and they do not care when you’re appliances will be delivered."
