"I went there to purchase a replacement part for the pool vac that I purchased there last year. I waited for more 12 minutes for someone to acknowledge me (let alone make eye contact with me). All this time there was only 1 other customer in the store. That customer left. I am not sure what either of the sales staff were doing but, I still stood there and continued to wait for assistance. Another customer walked in that appeared to be a regular there. One of the sales people immediately started helping him before me. I turned to walk away and that salesperson said he knew I had been waiting a long time and he would be with me shortly. I left and explained to him that I had been waiting long enough. While I was waiting I found what I needed online for $6.80 online (with free shipping) in comparison to the item in their store for over $32.00. I went there because they are supposed to be the pool experts and I wanted to make sure I was ordering the correct piece. I don't mind paying more for good service and knowledgeable staff. Instead what I received was frustration and a complete lack of service. I have no intention of returning. I have no tolerance for poor service."
