"UPDATED REVIEW: the company contacted me via my review and told me to email them to confirm my email address. I did but never heard back, so I still have no receipt. And yes, I checked my spam folder. At this point I have given up. UPDATED REVIEW: I still recommend because they did a very good job on my car, but I've been trying to get a response to a receipt request since November 3 with no success. There was no response to an email I sent, and when I call I'm told the owner is out of town but will send a receipt to me the following Monday (I was told this twice). So if you use this company, and if you need a receipt, ask for it the same day. I know they're busy but jeez.... don't you think there might be a good reason a customer keeps asking for a receipt? HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My co-worker referred me to Tint Express. I called this morning, and Gary and Maverick were onsite within a couple of hours. Gary was engaging and professional; he fully explained the process and products, and they got to work. When my car was finished, they cleaned up after themselves and then made the additional effort to clean my rims and exterior door panels so there wouldn't be water marks from the cleaning solution. This was a very positive experience."
