"Very disorganized, chaotic and untrustworthy. They diagnosed my vehicle 3 times because they couldn't remember they already did it nor did they keep paperwork of even doing it. Said they could work on my vehicle if I drop it off, but after several days of not tending to it I had to pick it up as they said it would be a week before even looking at it. Although I even called way ahead of time to confirm they could and they said "yes" after checking their schedule. Very disappointed."
