Like using a camera with a microscopic probe to dive down into my engine & allow me to see the part that needed to be replaced and why. "Today was my 1st day Meeting the head guy Sam. And I will definitely say that he earned a LIFETIME customer out of me on 1st impression.. My dealership two weeks ago sent me a list of stuff that needed "immediate attention" to be fixed on my car and one of them included four new brakes and two front rotor changes (an easy 800+ bucks that this place could have made off me). Needless to say the dealership lied on the diagnostic check because when I took it to Sam here at SE he called me and told me that I don't need any of those things when he could have easily lied and agreed with them and made money off me like The dealership was trying to charge me 800 bucks for something I didn't even need. Sam was very honest and upfront with me just meeting me for the first time and told me that I didn't need any of those things and that there wasn't even a scratch on my rotors. So I had him change my engine air filters today and I tipped him just for being an honest and upfront human being when he could have been slimy like The dealership. I definitely recommend this place ask for Sam! He's a great man & owner! Ps - If it's something that he can't handle he's quick to refer you to someone else who can!"
