"Purchased a lounge chair that looks like leather but is made of polyester. The chair has literally fallen apart and is not a satisfactory product. Stanley will not help us with a repair -- this is not a company I would deal with again."

"I purchased a recliner that swivels and glides from a retailer down in Jacksonville called Brysons furniture. They were very helpful they explained everything to me showed me that it was leather where the body touches explained the mechanics. They where very thorough and it's done very well for 3 years now but I have moved to another state and wanted another would it be possible to order another and pick it up at another retailer."

"I purchased a recliner chair costing $499.00 plus tax. After approximately twenty months the vinyl disintegrated. The chair was kept in a spare bedroom and was virtually not used. We are a retired couple, no children and no pets. The store from which I purchased it would not make good saying it was past the one year warranty. I contacted the Stanley Chair Co., sent an email with pictures. I’ve called several times to speak to the owner only to be hung up on several times. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m still waiting to hear from the owner Randy Osiason. I believe they continued to sell these recliners knowing the defect in their product."

"Purchased ekornes type chairs just a little over a year ago.The chairs were manufactured in Stanley Chair company in Tampa Florida. We are snowbirds and only use chairs for 5 months. When we are gone to our northern home for the summer, chairs of course are in the house with the air on all summer. Upon our return this year we notice the vinyl is actually falling/peeling away from the fabric . I have pictures and have sent them to Stanley, after talking to A Julie in customer service. Since sending her the info she requested we have heard nothing. Obviously the vinyl is an inferior quality, I’m sure we can’t be the only customer that has been effected by this poor quality. It’s seem that Stanley doesn’t want to even give us the ability to talk to them as well as the company that sold us the chairs. Retailer is Lee’s furniture in Lake Wales Florida, they want nothing to do with this inferior product also and referred us to this manufacturer. Since no one wants to stand behind the product they sold its our feelings to go public. Local chambers of commerce and channel 8 news will be likely targets. Very disappointed with the way we’re treated. This was not a cheap purchase"

"I grew up with this lounge chair made in Scandinavia. It was my mothers favorite chair. I first saw the Stanley Chair version when I became a nationwide dealer for fine contemporary furniture. Stanley makes a great product from similar materials as the Scandinavian. The Stanley Chair is much cheaper but it works. Our customers love it.
