If the only thing stopping you is price, ask yourself, are you tired of waking up tired? If so, Michael has a sleep number for you..."

"Excellent sales team. Poor customers service and the installation. Customers service has poor product knowledge and is not cooperating with issues and not allowing returns after exchange. I have attempted to return the mattress on 29 th day and they telling me that the sale was final. How ever the problem was in poor installation that caused the problem in two different events the installation team has failed to correctly install the legs that holding the entire bed frame. Currently awaiting the third (3) reinstallation . It’s unfortunate how absolutely perfect sales experience could be ruined by the corporation policies that not focusing on the final result and customers satisfaction. I would give five (5) stars to sales and (1) star to customers service and installation."

"Buyer beware, we spent thousands of dollars on a sleep number I 7. Flex Top King and we were told that there was a ten year warranty. It is great when the bed works, but I have had repeated issues of one side of the bed deflating while I'm in it all the way to the bottom. I called the corporation, the rep had me do all this trouble shooting over the phone, I ask to speak with a supervisor, and get nowhere. They want to charge $180 just to send someone out to look at it, plus I have to pay a portion of the parts if they are needed. I called the store to speak with the manager John, it seems he is always unavailable or not at the store. My advice is not to buy this bed."
