"On several occasions when I shopped this store my purchases were heavy and I needed assistance. Both times a young black male, named Carl, helped me and added a big smile. On both occasions I tried to tip him and he turned it down saying he was gladly doing his job and added that big smile. He’s a nice young man and represents HD well."

"DJ in the paint department was super helpful, he has an eye for whatever color that you need! Da helped us pick out multiple colors, his customer service skills were phenomenal! Thanks for your help DJ!"

"Had a customer buy 3 interior slab doors. Went to the 22nd Ave store, I thought this was the store she ordered them, and was informed that they can't do store to store transfers. So I go to the (this) location she made the purchase. They were supposed to be already picked and ready for pick up and of course they weren't. I couldn't find a door cart anywhere, I saw an employee pulling a pick up order and he only grabbed the cart he needed from the parking lot, a member at the Pro (joke) desk ended up going to the opposite end of the parking lot and brought back 1 cart for me. Of course I had to waste more time picking the order. I won't be using this Home Depot location again. I guess saving money on an employee collecting carts is better than losing customers."

"Would like to recognize Annie in Kitchen Design. I was looking for someone in appliances and everyone had left for the day. It was over Labor Day...I found Annie and she was more than happy to assist me in finding a vent hood and range. She looked around to find the brand I was looking for, and the best thing that occurred was her finding one last vent hood besides the one on display. I was beyond happy...I was ecstatic. I was fortunate to find Annie along with her willingness to help. You are fortunate to have an employee like Annie on your team!"
