"Very unreliable. Came over and looked at the car and told me what it was and told me he would order the part. Then he gave me the run a round for over a week. Said he would be there at 11 and didn’t show up. Next day did the same thing. After he wouldn’t respond and waisted al lmost a week I hired someone else to do the job. Turned out he was wrong on the diagnosis anyway. Very unreliable don’t waste your time with him."

As far as the bogus review from Nicholle Durham. Ken does not know her.. It's fake news - Ken NEVER keeps a car He is a "mobile mechanic". There are no drop offs - He meets you on your job site. She obviously has the wrong company. The other Review from Jones Bob, Ken does not know him either...is that a real name?"

"Wish I could give rate with a ZERO. Returned my vehicle vandalized & disgusting! After 5 MONTHS car needs ADDITIONAL repairs. Police report and court...feel completely taken advantage of. They seem nice at first, wouldn't trust them with anything I care for. Malicious actions."
