"Made an appointment 2 weeks out for an oil change and a general check over. Dropped my vehicle off at 730am. Called at 4pm to check the status of my vehicle. Told me it was ready for pickup. The bill was $70 more than the dealership charges. When i dropped it off they informed me that a car wash was included. Well. They don’t wash my vehicle, the manager said they will pickup my vehicle and wash it. So that’s going to tie my vehicle up for another day. Very poor customer service. This was my first time at JB imports. Will never return"

"Hasan, Casey and the JB Import Team did an amazing job on my M4. I originally dropped the car for a Bowden cable issue and dashcam install. While the car was in the shop, I also got the exhaust tips powder coated and whole car detailed. It came out looking great. Will go again for my future car needs."

The repairs are a little expensive for my budget but I feel the repairs are done correctly and I feel safe driving my car when I get it back. Thank you for the extras. The car wash and vacuum. "I had my 2013 Hyundai's air conditioner replaced and attached a photo of the removed dash. The job was done remarkably well, and there were no issues. Their online system is convenient and helpful; it allowed me to review recommendations and photos, authorize estimates, and settle invoices. They also arrange transportation with a ride-share service if necessary. The price may be high, but the quality is worth it. I came back for further repairs at a later time."
