"I had a terrible experience. I would never run a business like that. First, I had to wait two weeks for the wrong tables and the manager Nigel says “we try to bring it to you three or four times” (which his story changed as I’m still talking to him in the same conversation) “but we didn’t know the door number of your apartment”, yet I have two other pieces of furniture from them. So it was a miscommunication on their end. Instead of taking responsability, I was blamed, and my mother was blammed! Thats not how you do great customer service. Then the manager talked over me, and argued back with me saying it wasn’t their fault, It was all mine and my mom‘s fault for not ordering it in the store. SMH Terrible experience, terrible customer service!!"

"My experience at renting was excellent my wife and I went to browse around and we had great customer service from Jared and the Mexican Latino Lady don't know her name in particular but she was very helpful as well those two guys was always professional courtesy and understanding they make sure we got what we want and meet our needs . We are always a returning customer"
