"I’m very pleased with the customer service I received from Megan the NEW store manager. I purchased an adjustable bed frame and it just didn’t work out for me. Although I had called the store in the allotted time to return the bed frame by the time I was able to get a hold of my salesman Antonia I was unable to return the bed frame. I called Megan the manager and within 2 days she was able to give me a store credit. I’m overwhelmed with satisfaction. I truly thought I’d have to donate the bed frame at a $600 cost. I would recommend requesting her. She was very helpful and a wealth of knowledge. She helped with everything including setting up our delivery. The delivery crew was 1st rate. We are very happy with our new furniture."

"My boyfriend and I came into the store since we are re-furnishing our living room. Our Sales Associate, Brad, was very professional and honest. We bought a Euro chair and saw a couch we liked but wasn't sure on it just yet. We came in the next day and another sales associate, Cameron, was very nice and answered more questions we had before taking the plunge. We were trying to decide between the gray and brown and he mentioned to pair it with the color of our floor. Shout out to both of these young men who assisted us. The store was very clean, furniture good quality at a reasonable price, and we LOVE our Euro chair. We will be back to shop in the future."
