"Was sitting around waiting for my sectional to be delivered. I was told it would be between 3:00 and 7:00 PM originally. Here it was 7:00 and there was a no-show. I called the store to ask what was going on. This wonderful manager by the name of Frank answered the phone. He understood my frustration and said that he would take care of it. Frank explained that they were running behind and that my furniture will be delivered shortly. Frank arrived to deliver it himself. I would like to ask how many people who work in the office would take it upon themselves to make sure a customer is this happy? I truly think he went above and beyond..... He felt my pain and wanted to make good on their promise. THANK YOU FRANK!!!!!"
