"Worst costumer service( -10) Allstate provide me with the worst uncaring costumer service after been a client 5 years and being on auto pay since the beginning, never had a claim processed, the police was going up after 6 months a lot ,i call asked for a review, the agent was lazy said was going to call me back , never did, i had to shop around, got a new insurance company with a lower rate. They reimburse some of my money after the cancellation , never told me i still owed them, no email, no mail, the money i had with them was higher than i owed them( NO COMMUNICATION), Allstate send me to collection."

"The agency does not give you correct information. it seems like they really do not know what is really going on. I was told that the policy I had on auto pay was cancelled, when in fact it was not. I got new insurance because I couldn't drive without it then got a bill because my policy was not cancelled. now Allstate refuses to fix the error. "I got a policy with this agency. 1. they gave me the best quote but did not disclose that they added a drive wise device which discounts $80. Drive wise is a device that tracks your speeds & location. That is something that you should let people know about before putting on their policy and not letting them know. 2. i called their office to ask them why I was getting emails from drive wise and the lady told me that I did not have to put it on my car this time and that everything would stay the same & that i wouldn't have to pay anything. The only downside would be that if i try to get another quote when my policy expires then i will get a very high quote. 3. I started getting automated emails about an $80 charge, I responded to the emails telling them that there must be error. I never heard back. I finally had a chance to call today and they told me its an $80 charge for not using drive wise & that i have 2 days from today to call drive wise and have them send me the device or i can just pay the extra $80. I received a quote from Mercury insurance for just $20 more and rejected it bc i was going to be saying that $20 at Allstate. Obviously, i was wrong. If i could do it all again i would never have called this agency."
