"The service here is horrible the cashiers at self check out are just straight rude all the time !!!!!( girl chill out YOU DOING NOTHING BUT RUNNING YOUR MOUTH)and this is my third time seeing the guy from the Roast Chicken department been rude and disrespectful to WOMEN today I had thE bad experience to be one of his victims he seems to target women’s is a shame that we had to experience this in such a recognize store for my experience visiting this store I had notice they tent to hire personal with no manners they are rude and disrespectful as for me I will take my business to Sam’s where I has never experience such a bad behavior. If any manager see this the date I visited was 1/21/2024 at 1pm I’m sure I’m not the first one to bring this to your attention check your employees. Thank you."

"The store is always clean, even when they are at their busiest. Staff here are super friendly and helpful. As far as the brand itself, we love that there are so many locations throughout the area. Before having our membership here we used to have to deal with traffic for an hour to go to some of the competitors. Convenience is key in our decision to stay here, although we still need to do a Costco trip occasionally. As great as BJ's is, there are still a few holes when it comes to carried merchandise versus other big box stores."

"Today I visited this location for the first time. The store looked beautiful and with a more modern look. I visited The Optical to search for eyeglass for my Mom. I had the opportunity to meet Tom K. He definitely provided excellent customer service. Since the moment we met he asked all the right questions and was super professional. He looked for different frames that were according my Mom’s face. He even tried to look for ways to save money if we decided to purchase anything. We ended buying two pairs of frames. My Mom was very happy with the purchased. Tom made the difference of making a sale and meeting the needs of the customer. I definitely recommend this location for all your buying needs specially the Optical for your eyes need. Thank you Tom for your outstanding service. You were superb!"

"I recently had the opportunity to take photos at the new BJ's Wholesale Club in Davenport, FL for the grand opening event. I must say, I was blown away by the level of detail and care that went into every aspect of this new store. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the spacious and welcoming atmosphere. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, with a wide variety of products at great prices!"
