"I opted to bring my vehicle to this recently opened location in hopes of finding a new home-mechanic. The staff was courteous and communicated well throughout the process. Unfortunately the experience was otherwise below adequate. The issue with which I brought the vehicle in for was not diagnosed, and apparently ignored. Instead recommendations were provided that were consistent with a vehicle maintenance schedule that are easily accessible through the manual or online. Recommendations which are not required (because they are not faulty). The diagnosis costs (which again did not result in identifying the initial issue) were excessive. In light of this I was left with the impression that the technicians are inexperienced and I won't be returning. When I brought my vehicle to a new mechanic this morning I noted my experience with Christian Brothers. With a smile on his face, he noted that their reputation is worse than the dealership."
