"Not happy with customer service. Purchased expensive furniture and they were great prior to purchase. But after purchase, good luck. Not very nice to talk to. They appear to be 3rd party sellers...so no returns or exchanges...kept arguing that 30 days start from the date of purchase and not from date of delivery (against normal business standards). In covid era, it's deliveries are non existent prior to 30 days.. Despite the fact that I want to support small businesses...stuff like this scares you off. I am going to Pottery barn or restoration for expensive stuff like this, where you also pay for the product and excellent customer service."

What really surprised me was the fact that the store had so many little gift ideas - I snagged a flower frog, a couple of vases, and a few more things. All were at great prices. Check it out.
