"So my husband and I went to this specific store closest to our home which was an hour and a half drive, to order an entire new bedroom set and a couch. We were so excited and have been waiting for almost a year to do so. Never stepped foot in a showroom of thiers before! As soon as we walked in there were 2 "consultants" at the main table, one working with clients. We walked around to glance everything over while waiting for someone to take care of us. We were there for a total of 20 minutes. Not 1 single time did either of these women greet us, tell us it would be a while, offer any help, NOTHING!! FINALLY my husband had to ask for a wood sample color so we could just order online. So disappointing for a company that wants over $10,000 for a bedroom such to hire such a pathetic staff! I do interior design for a living and I would NEVER recommend or send my clients here ever again! I had no idea how my clients were being treated! Just pathetic!"
