"Angela at Ethan Allen is the greatest! During the visit from Hurricane Ian a big old tree fell on our home. The huge bang caused one bracket on the drapery rod to break. No problem! I just go to my trusty Ethan Allen folder and order a new one. Not so fast, they don't make that one anymore. Angela worked hard to find the best substitute, such a big help because there was lots of damage to address, and her help made that small problem that turned out to be bigger so much easier for me. Taking care of everything from finding the right size bracket, ordering them and scheduling the installation. I wish my insurance company was as good as EA!! Thanks again Angela!!!"
