"Purchased over $7,000 worth of furniture not even 2 years old noticed that my leather sectional couch was starting to peel contacted Carolina in which was my salesperson, Forward the pictures of the couch as Carolina and the vendor requested waited almost 1 month without follow up, I called and left several messages and sent an email to get a response from Carolina stating due to wear and tear they are not going to honor the 3 year warranty that came with the couch. The peeling is from poor quality not wear and tear as my living room is never in use, I don't have children, don't get company I'm curious about how they came up with the decision that it is wear and tear. I requested for Carolina to send me corporate headquarters phone number and she stopped responding to me. Buyer's be aware of this organization as they don't stand behind their products and don't care about their customers after the purchase has been made, due yourself a favor and shop with a reputable company that cares about their customers and stand behind their products.
