"By far the worst online customer service I have ever encountered. I've spent thousands of dollars with them but I am reconsidering giving them anymore of my hard earned money. You'd think for the caliber of store they would provide exceptional customer service but that is absolutely not so."

"Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE store. We bought a furniture piece with our credit card and awaited delivery. Guess what? They cancelled at the last minute saying our credit card didn't go through? WHY DID THEY WAIT? Then, they spam me every single day. BOYCOTT this store and boycott Pottery Barn. There's a reason there are many 1-star reviews."

"Do not order from this company. Their estimated delivery time is false and they do not assist in any fashion in helping find out why the item was not delivered to the store for pickup. An estimated 2 week delivery at check out turned into over 6 weeks with still no ETA. They also have the worst customer service ever - especially for a high end retailer. Store did check to see if received a couple times, but said they cant do anything since didnt order at location."

"Very nice and cozy shop. And most importantly - it's a good selection of carpets, for which we arrived yesterday. We chose for a long time, but then the wonderful seller Jon helped us very well. We got everything we wanted. They picked it up and took it away right away. Excellent friendly staff. Thanks guys!"
