"I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Rooms To Go. After a significant delay in delivery, which was already frustrating, the problems worsened even further. Firstly, the delivery personnel showed a total lack of willingness to assemble the furniture, despite the fact that I paid for the more expensive premium service. I was expecting a superior quality service, but unfortunately, that's not what I received. Moreover, during the process, my garden was damaged by the delivery personnel. They were careless and ended up trampling and breaking some of my plants, which caused me great distress, considering the time and care I dedicate to my garden. To make matters worse, my house was left in a lamentable state. They dirtied the floors and left furniture debris everywhere. Considerable cleaning was required after they left. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and care from Rooms To Go. The quality of the service did not match the high price I paid, and I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone. I expected much more, especially considering the cost of the premium service."
