"I would never use this company. Their vehicles are roach invaded. They do not keep on top of their vehicle maintenance. They wait to fix them when they break down. No proactiveness. Always reactive."
"The arrival of the shuttle to the airport was very delayed, and I understand athat weather and traffic played a part. The route continued to be adjusted for the driver and caused him to go back and forth instead of each side independently. For comfort sake coach bases should be used vice 15 passenger vans for paying customers. And the van we had was fairly dated. At the least the return back to the airport was much better. The best part is the pickup and drop-off at desired village address. Customer service wad rather responsive and commu inaction was proactive."
"Our flight coming in was delayed and we missed several shuttles. Workman’s after hours staff was outstanding. They kept me informed and gave options for later shuttles. Even called me and held the last shuttle of the night for a few minutes when the bags were delayed. Highly recommend!!"
"Took this shuttle to airport with home service. The small shuttle on time at my house, quick trip to Lake sumter where I transfered to large bus. We then went to Brownwood hotel and picked up more passengers before traveling to airport. Smooth ride, ac was good, seats were like on aircraft, close. Overall good trip."
"I have taken/used this shuttle several times. My husband made this reservation, she so I think the cost is $35-40/person. NOTE: THEY do NOT run 24 hrs a day. They are currently only running till 11pm, for pick up at the airport, but in the summer, our driver Loren said it will change to LAST Pick up at 10pm. That will affect our choice in shuttle. A few things didn't go well on Our ride from Lake Sumter to the Orlando Airport...... It wasn't windy, but I felt woozy from the driver driving. My husband was going to ask him if the van needed to be fixed, because he was getting sick too. BTW, we are 47 & 55,not your typical elderly in The Villages. Also, Loren, the driver only said the drop offs were TERMINAL A & TERMINAL B. He didn't ask anyone what company /flight they needed to go on? He didn't say, "The Johnsons, The Crumbs, The Smith's need to go to Terminal A!" The shuttle should have laminated signs on their busses of which terminal has which flight companies! Because..... An elderly couple we sat next to, was told by the driver, their Southwest desk was Terminal A, when in fact it was Terminal B, and they couldn't walk far, we had to get them a wheelchair, etc etc. They were frustrated, as were we. I will say that we showed up three minutes before the van left and it hadn't left yet, so we were appreciative of that. We tip well. There's seat belts on the van, but ac is controlled by driver, they are very good about listening to your needs. I wish the company ran the service later into the night, just in case my plane is later coming in.. Otherwise I have to go to the other company."
