"The first time I came in, I was sold an alternator that happened to test bad at AutoZone. Upon bringing it back in, I was told the only *real* way to see if the part worked was to put it in the car, (which would also void the possibility of a refund.) When I said I didn't feel comfortable paying the $200+ at the mechanic to replace it with a possibly bad part, the employee was clearly annoyed and told me he could exchange it. Gladly, the exchanged part works, but it was a very unprofessional environment."
