After 2 weeks and no response, my husband called them back. Talked to a woman who assured him she would be back in touch in a week. After 2 weeks, my husband called and after being on hold for several minutes he was told she was with a customer. So I emailed the office letting them know of our experience and could someone contact us. That was over a week ago. I guess business must be good, if they’re not returning calls or emails."
