"I try to go to mom and pop shops to help support them oppose to chain tire shops. I previously had an experience of 1 tire that was not balanced correctly I brought it back with no issues. So I decided to try again with a tire that needs a repair. Met by the owner in the office I asked if they could do a flat repair which I was rudely told no chance come back tomorrow. As if I was bothering him. With no explanation of why as the shop was completely empty with nothing being done. I see why due to the poor attitudes, I'll take my business elsewhere. I would avoid this shop at all cost."
