"My sister crashed my car about two years ago and there’s a dent in the front of the car that makes it so the latch that opens from the inside of the car not work but the hand latch on the outside works just fine and keeps the hood closed. I’ve gotten my oil changed a couple of times here since this happened and their haven’t been any issues, today I go at 6:00, an hour before closing and there’s no one to be seen, then two guys come from the back of the parking lot telling me they can’t service me because of my hood, which closes fine. I just thought it was odd because I’ve gotten my oil changed here at least twice since my car was crashed, I just got the feeling they didnt want to change my oil because they were too lazy and it was an hour before close."
