On Friday and Saturday they have love music for outdoor dining and the musician,who is from Jamaica, had us groovin in our seats while we ate. "This place is a hidden gem on Lake Tarpon. New management is turning this place around, it’s such a refreshing energy! Our server Kelly was pleasant and informative. We even spoke with the new manager Donny. We like to eat on the water, then move to the outside bar after dinner to enjoy dessert drinks incase the lake buggy’s get bad (but still get to enjoy the view!) can’t believe oysters are only $2 a piece"

"Our utmost favorite place to go and so happy close to home. We have been coming here for the past 7 years and have seen it under great management and not even close to good. We heard it was under new management since a few month and came for dinner. When we owned the boat we'd park it by the loading dock, grab a bite and leave. The outside seating is amazing and cozy and well warmed up and above all we were served yet once again by the greatest Nathan who is truly amazing. The food is changed and delicious. Hubby is very very picky about his Burgers and he loved his food. Amy had the crabcakes, delicious and I enjoyed the shrimp soft shell tacos. Thank you for the warm hospitality George and Evva we will be back."

"What a great spot! If you follow me you know we love any place that let's us bring our dog. They have an amazing deck on Lake Tarpon, where dogs are allowed and the servers are very attentive to people and pets alike. AWESOME SERVICE! Food was delicious we had calamari, the Reuben, and I am always a sucker for a Bleu cheese wedge salad. Three of us shared all of that and still went home with leftovers. We will definitely be back. "Great food! We were looking for a dog-friendly place to eat after taking the pups to the dog park at John Chestnut Park and the Tarpon Turtle was nearby … best decision ever! The back patio is dog-friendly and after we grabbed a seat the husband ordered the Mermaid’s Milk stout and I ordered a Corona. He ordered the fish and chips and I the blue cheese burger. So we shared the two meals. The fish was fresh, not greasy at all and crisp when it reached the table. By far the best fish I have tasted anywhere. The burger with blue cheese and mushroom cooked medium was also very, very good. I would recommend either dish. The place has plenty of good parking but is at the end of the brick road on the right. With dogs, take them around the building to the left and there is a back entrance for them. However, if you’re not a fan of getting shaken down for your fries, better to eat inside because the crows are not shy about asking for a bite of your meal!"
